The third floor of The Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas boasts some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants including the city’s outpost of NYC’s Beauty & Essex. On weekend nights, the restaurant has a special champagne service in their lobby lounge and Watts & Dray was tapped to reimagine this space.

Bound by a 20’x20’ carpet underfoot and a mouth-blown stained glass nautilus overhead, we made a point to tightly focus the energy in the space through color. We selected a palette of neons and pure hues in pinks, yellows, reds and golds. The crown jewel of the space was our custom designed bar including a jewelry boutique, display top filled with hand picked Cuban Links and rope chains, sourced in NYC’s Chinatown.
